This is my weight loss journey using the Gastric Weight Loss Surgery along with eating healthier and exercising as my tools. The date of my surgery will be on August 18, 2008 at 10am. I plan to use the tools available to me to the best of my abilities and use the support of my family and friends to reach my weight loss goals (a Healthier me)
